The Initiative responds to three fundamental tensions in today's industrial landscape.
Automation without transition strategy leads to unemployment, social conflict, and loss of industrial talent. We promote projects where AI first improves worker productivity, then automates gradually and collaboratively, always including reskilling plans.
AI systems connected to production, quality, or maintenance without clear safety architecture pose significant risks. We drive "Safety AI" where AI proposes, industrial control systems decide, and complete traceability of decisions, data, and models is maintained.
Returning production to Europe and America is only viable with highly efficient plants, excellent quality, and controlled costs. We catalyze IRIS industrial AI projects that enable manufacturing close to customers with quality employment — with human-empowerment AI at the core of this transformation.
